On September 27th, Eun Sook Lee, executive director of NAKASEC, testified at the National Commission on the Voting Rights Act (VRA) Western Region hearing in Los Angeles.She spoke in support of key provisions of the VRA, particularly those which provide language assistance and multilingual materials, giving minority voteres full access to the electoral process.
