Youth Sharing their Talent with Chicago

KRCC’s annual Summer Youth Program began on July 5th with a core group of 20-25 Asian American youth ranging in age from 12-19. This year’s program provided a space for Korean and Asian American youth in Chicago to develop their voices to become community spokespeople, unleash their creative potential, and build relationships with peers from diverse backgrounds.On July 28th, the Summer Youth Program culminated with a show featuring videos produced and edited during the summer program.Photographs by the youth were also mounted and sold in a silent auction. The funds gathered will go be used to support the Youth Program.
