Los Angeles County to Boycott Arizona

Today, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors voted in favor of boycotting Arizona by a vote of 3-2.  Supervisors Gloria Molina and Zev Yaroslavsky introduced the motion to boycott Arizona.  The motion not only calls for a boycott and a condemnation of SB 1070, but also calls the President and Congress to take immediate action on comprehensive immigration reform.  Several weeks ago, the Los Angeles City Council became one of the first governmental bodies to approve a limited boycott of Arizona.
