It is time to put families first and fix our broken immigration system! On October 13, individuals from across the U.S. will come together for a national mobilization with lobby visits, procession, and a rally organized by Familias Unidas and the Reform Immigration FOR America campaign. They carry one message: reform immigration to keep families united.
Representative Luis Gutierrez made an announcement at the Unity In Movement Mobilization on Citizenship Day (September 17) that he is beginning work to introduce progressive comprehensive immigration reform, and on October 13th, he is expected to share the principles and outline of that legislation at the closing rally. Come join Familias Unidas and the Reform Immigration FOR America campaign in Washington, and let our lawmakers know that we need comprehensive immigration reform now!
