Report any incidents of unfair treatment and discrimination in the workplace on the basis of no-match letters.

By April 7, 2008No Comments

Were you fired, threatened to be fired or discriminated in your workplace because your name does not match the Social Security Administration’s (SSA’s) database? No-match letter regulation is not a law and employers should not use no-match letters as a means to discriminate, fire or retaliate against workers. Report any incidents of unfair treatment and discrimination in the workplace on the basis of no-match letters.
