Gayoung Chung – Vice-Chair (Davis, CA) is an Assistant Professor of Asian American Studies ad affiliated with the Cultural Studies and School of Education at University of California Davis.  She has a PhD in education policy studies with a minor in Asian American Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Previously Ms. Chung worked as a research associate at the Korean Women’s Development Institute, a governmental policy research center, and a policy reporter at the International Organization for Migration (IOM )Seoul Office.
