NAKASEC and Affiliates Announce DACA Renewals

WASHINGTON, D.C.— On June 5, 2014, the Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS), Jeh Johnson, announced the renewal process for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) submitted a new form to the Federal Register, will allow individuals previously enrolled in DACA to renew their deferral for an additional two-year period.

The National Korean American Service and Education Consortium (NAKASEC) and its affiliates, Korean Resource Center (KRC) in Los Angeles, California and Korean American Resource and Cultural Center in Chicago, are providing assistance for DACA and DACA renewals.
