NAKASEC VA has an opportunity to better inform Virginia’s public health officials about how to more equitably provide and prioritize getting the COVID-19 vaccine to underserved communities here. As our wonderful community members, we need your thoughts, concerns, and feedback about the vaccine and its distribution to Asian communities in Virginia!
This survey is currently available in just English and is open to all Asians and Asian Americans living in Virginia. It is completely anonymous. Please take it yourself, and ask your family members to take it as well- it only takes 5 minutes! We also highly encourage you to help your family members/loved ones complete it, especially those who may not be able to take it themselves due to language or technological barriers. The form allows multiple submissions.
