YOUTH LEADERSHIP

At NAKASEC, we believe that the youth are our future, so we must teach them well and let them lead the way. We empower our youth to become the next generation of young leaders namely through our “Immigrant Justice Fellowship” program. In this program, NAKASEC onboards young leaders, regardless of immigration status. There, they work alongside the entire NAKASEC team in planning, developing, and actualizing programs, campaigns, and other projects in alignment with NAKASEC’s goals, vision, and values. This is NOT a paper pushing internship. We are committed to investing in youth leadership and bringing out the full potential of our Immigrant Justice Fellows. Don’t just take our word for it, read some testimonials from our past fellows below!

It was truly inspiring to see people who look just like me fighting for social justice day in and day out.
