[wm_text_block]The census form will be mailed in English, with areas of high Spanish-speaking populations receiving English and Spanish forms. The form will be available in 4 additional languages: Chinese (simplified), Korean, Russian and Vietnamese. To receive forms in these additional languages, you must call a toll-free number that will be available closer to Census Day (April 1, 2010). A reminder post card listing all 6 language hotline numbers will be mailed to census tracts with 10% or more linguistically isolated households. Language Assistance Guides in 59 different languages can help people fill out the English version of the census form.—these guides will be available in the Questionnaire Assistance Centers or QACs.
