California sends a strong message to the Federal Government: pass the Federal Dream Act. Students still cannot work legally upon graduation. They will need a pathway towards legalization in order to fully give back to the country. All California students, regardless of their immigration status, will have access to higher education with the help of the CA Dream Act.
