Bryan Wright My name is Bryan Wright and I am 17 years old. I was born and raised in Chicago and am excited to go to Citizenship Day because it is a great opportunity to gain new experiences. I have never been to D.C. You always hear about legislators, how they vote, where they vote, and you think it’s bigger than yourself, but being there in person, I think it will help us realize that we can actually do something and make change happen. I am going to DC because I want to talk to President Obama and Congress about the DREAM Act. He may not have the problems that undocumented students and immigrants face, but I do. I have friends and family members who have dreams about going to college and I want him to hear our stories.
